Jack Kemps is a member and Partner of the General Partner. Mr. Kemps began his real estate career in 2017 as a part of a global tenant representation team at Savills Studley while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Since 2019, Mr. Kemps has been solely focused on institutional real estate credit investing across the United States. Mr. Kemps joined Providence from Invesco Real Estate where he was a member of the real estate credit investment team covering the Western United States. Over the last five years, he has underwritten over $15 billion of institutional commercial real estate debt investment opportunities across the United States, including over $3 billion of closed transitional bridge loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments for prominent institutional sponsors. He also previously held real estate investment roles at PGIM Real Estate and KKR. In addition to his professional capacities, Mr. Kemps is actively involved in mentoring and giving back to individuals pursuing CRE careers through CRE Analyst and the Collegiate Real Estate Network, an organization co-founded in 2019. Jack currently resides in Santa Monica, California.
