Christopher Huffman is a Director of Capital Formation at Providence Capital Group. Before joining Providence in 2025, he founded and led AIM Capital and Return Development, where he oversaw more than $100 million in multifamily and build-for-rent transactions. He has raised over $15 million in investor equity and led a range of complex repositioning and ground-up development projects. Christopher also serves as one of nine Directors on a private foundation with more than $650 million in assets. He graduated from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and lives in Utah with his wife and four children.
