Jack Kemps is a Partner at Providence Capital Group with nearly a decade of commercial real estate investing experience, specializing in real estate credit. Before joining Providence in 2025, he worked on Invesco Real Estate’s credit investment team covering the Western U.S., underwriting over $15 billion in opportunities and closing more than $3 billion in bridge, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity deals. His prior roles include investment positions at PGIM Real Estate and KKR in New York. A USC Marshall graduate, Jack is also committed to mentoring future CRE professionals through CRE Analyst and the Collegiate Real Estate Network, and he now resides in Santa Monica, California.
