Nathan Dorius is an attorney with deep experience in banking and finance, real estate, and corporate governance. Based in Utah since 2000, he has represented local, regional, and national financial institutions, private lenders, venture capital firms, and developers on underwriting, loan documentation, collateralization, private placements, closings, and enforcement litigation. He previously served as in-house counsel at Zions Bancorporation, where he managed the Bankruptcy Department for Zions and its affiliate banks in the Western U.S. and sat on the real property committee, and he has past experience as a licensed title and escrow officer. Nathan has held leadership roles in the Utah legal community, including Chair of the Utah State Bar’s Banking & Finance Section, and has been recognized by Utah Business Magazine’s Legal Elite and Mountain States Super Lawyers. He lives in Utah with his wife, a practicing therapist, and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking, biking, and pickleball.
